- Format of Submission: *doc, *docx and *PDF
- Word Limit: 2500 to 3500 words
- Mention the category under which your paper falls.
- Mention your name, designation, institute and email id in the paper.
- Style:
- Font: Times New Roman (for papers in English) , Mangal (for papers in Hindi)
- Font Size: 12pt (for papers in English), 15pt (for papers in Hindi)
- Line Spacing: 1.5 lines
- Referencing Style: Chicago Referencing Style (16th Edition)
- Keywords: Mention at least 3 keywords that capture the central ideas of your paper.
- Time limit for paper presentation: 15 to 18 mins. (including 5 to 10 mins for discussion/question-answer)

- Layout: The poster should be vertically oriented and adhere to the following dimensions:
- Maximum size: 91cm wide and 122cm high.
- Minimum size: 76cm wide and 102cm high.

- Main Body of the Poster:
- Organize content of the poster similar to the outline of a journal article.
- Begin with a precise introduction and brief description of the argument applied in your research.
- Present the debate and elaborate on your premises or proposal.
- End the main body with a conclusion.
- Ensure that the debate clearly identifies the explanatory gap or research question and the conclusion provides your key contribution to the debate.
- Bottom of the Poster:
- Display a short conclusion which will summarise your work and inform the viewers about your future research.

- The video concept note should be a short description of the idea you intend to portray through your 2-minute video submission during the conference.
